Description

Interested in learning more about food preservation? Come join our canning series. In these classes, you will learn how to safely preserve various items. Participants will hear a lecture about the product from one of our Family and Consumer Sciences agents followed by an opportunity to can the recipe in small groups. Participants will receive copies of the recipe, handouts, small canning supplies and 1 jar of the product prepared in class. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Classes will cost $30 each, $80 if you want to attend all 3 classes in the series and $115 if you want to attend all 3 classes and receive a copy of our Food Preservation cookbook So Easy to Preserve.
