Planting a garden and wanting to store your produce over the winter? Looking for a fun craft idea? Just love cooking and want to try something new? Consider coming out to our Fall Canning Classes. In this series, you will learn all about the science of canning, food safety involved, and get to practice canning with our 海角官方首页 Experts. Participants will receive all the knowledge and handouts necessary to prepare a recipe at home, a supervised practice in a group setting, and will get to take home 1 sample of the recipe cooked during that class. Recipes Featured: Golden Pepper Jelly, Apple Butter, and Cranberry Sauce.
