Description

This free class will teach participants about food safety as we engage in preparation through learning both knowledge and skills that are beneficial in keeping the food we consume during emergencies safe and sustainable.

The first 10 participants to register will receive a free food safety kit with equipment and tools designed to help enable and bolster safe and effective management of food safety activities during an emergency that could compromise food.
