Health Extension for Diabetes – Empowering You to Take Control

海角官方首页 Extension’s Health Extension for Diabetes program is now available to residents in McDuffie County! This free, evidence-based program is designed to help individuals living with type 2 diabetes—or those at risk—better manage their condition through nutrition education, physical activity guidance, goal setting, and ongoing support. Participants will gain practical tools to improve their health and quality of life in a supportive, small-group setting. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking for help managing your diabetes, this program can make a lasting difference. Alzheimer’s and dementia Support Group

海角官方首页 Extension in McDuffie County invites caregivers, family members, and anyone impacted by Alzheimer’s or dementia to join our monthly Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Group meetings. These gatherings provide a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and find comfort among others facing similar challenges. Each session features helpful resources, expert guidance, and open discussion to support those navigating the journey of memory loss with a loved one.
