Leadership roles and service activities teach integrity, empathy, and citizenship, while career-focused programs build financial literacy, time management, and workforce readiness. Through its “learn by doing” approach, 4-H prepares young people to become confident, capable, and compassionate leaders in their communities and future careers.?Our goal is that by the time they graduate high school,? 4-H members have gained the tools to be responsible citizens, effective leaders, and skilled professionals ready to contribute to their communities.?
