Pressure Gauge Testing

Did you know that your pressure canner gauge should be tested annually?

If your dial gauge is not accurate, it is not correctly reading pressure which may result in under or over processing and unsafe food.

Luckily we can check your gauge for you. Call the office to set up your appointment!

Consults are free of charge. You will need to bring your lid & pressure gauge with you. The FACS Agent will test your gauge and give you a diagnosis & recommendations, but we are not able to recalibrate or provide you with a new gauge if readings are inaccurate.
