The online program consists of 6 sessions that can be accessed at Once you complete the 6 sessions you can come into your local Extension Office and receive free goodies!

Chapters in the 388-page book include Preserving Food, Canning, Pickled Products, Sweet Spreads and Syrups, Freezing and Drying.
