Food Talk, a new program through 海角官方首页, educates people on healthy eating, food safety, saving money, increasing physical activity, & meal planning. The online program consists of 6 sessions that can be accessed at Once you complete the 6 sessions you can come into your local Extension Office and receive free goodies!

Chapters in the 388-page book include Preserving Food, Canning, Pickled Products, Sweet Spreads and Syrups, Freezing and Drying.
