  • Sep 15 - Nov 7 Front Door Produce Fundraiser Paulding County 4-H invites you to support youth programs by purchasing a box of fresh, locally sourced fall vegetables through the Georgia 4-H Fall Fundraiser! Each 20 lb. produce box includes an assortment of seasonal vegetables that will be the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving spread, and your purchase will directly support Paulding County 4-H student programs. Ordering Window: September 15 – November 7 Pick-Up Week: Week of November 17 Boxes will only be available for in-person pickup at our Paulding County Extension Office. Our office will provide the exact pick-up date and time. You can also follow us on Facebook for future updates. No refunds.   • Nov 8 - Nov 9 Junior Conference Junior Conference is a recreational and educational opportunity planned for 4-H’ers in the 6th through 8th grades. The weekend includes workshops and education sessions, along with opportunities for community service and exhibits planned by and led by the Junior Board of Directors. Recreational programs for 4-H’ers are included to allow 4-H’ers to interact with youth from all over Georgia. Educational workshops, community service, and recreation are led by high school-aged Teen Leaders. The Junior District Board of Directors did an excellent job laying the groundwork to make this a very memorable event.

  • Nov 8 Paulding County 4-H Archery 18 Meter Fall Shoot-Out Paulding County 4-H is hosting a 18m Outdoor Tournament on November 8, 2025 at Earl W. Duncan Park at Paulding Meadows. Registration link: https://tinyurl.com/PC4HArchery18mShoot 18 Meter Outdoor / 300 Round Divisions: Cloverleaf – 4th through 6th grade, all shooters on 80cm 10 ring Junior – 7th and 8th grade, Recurve 80cm 10 ring, Compound 4x80cm 6 ring Senior – 9th through 12th grade Recurve 80cm 10 ring, Compound 4x80cm 6 ring Adults - Recurve 80cm 10 ring, Compound 4x80cm 6 ring Practice starts at 9 a.m. and scoring begins at 10 a.m. $30.00 per shooter, cash or check at registration $5.00 Longshot contest $5.00 3D shoot (10 Target shooting gallery) Please contact Darrin Dickerson at 678-360-5399 for questions of additional information. **Online registration closes Sunday, November 2nd at noon.   • Nov 11 Kids in the Kitchen Is open to 6th-12th graders, we meet at the North Paulding High School culinary kitchen. It encourages young people to eat healthier meals and snacks as a result of hands-on cooking experiences. Youth participants learn to prepare simple, healthy foods they can make for themselves and their family members. Each lesson includes kid-friendly handouts such as recipes and tips for how to use kitchen equipment safely.
